Chia Breakfast Pudding

This recipe combines chia seeds with your choice of milk for a rich, creamy texture, enhanced with sweeteners and toppings to suit your taste.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut yogurt (Cocojune vanilla flavored)

  • 2.5 tbsp chia seed

  • 1.5 tsp hemp seed

  • 2 tsp raw honey

  • 1.5 tsp ashwagandha powder (Anima Mundi)

  • Top with fresh berries!

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and top with your choice of fresh fruit!
