Chia Breakfast Pudding
This recipe combines chia seeds with your choice of milk for a rich, creamy texture, enhanced with sweeteners and toppings to suit your taste.

ingredients
1 can of coconut yogurt (Cocojune vanilla flavored)
2.5 tbsp chia seed
1.5 tsp hemp seed
2 tsp raw honey
1.5 tsp ashwagandha powder (Anima Mundi)
Top with fresh berries!
