Moroccan Mint Meatballs
Spice up your dinner with these Moroccan Mint Meatballs!

ingredients
2 pounds ground lamb
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup almond flour
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon ground oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Using a small cookie scoop, form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange with a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes!
