Moroccan Mint Meatballs

Spice up your dinner with these Moroccan Mint Meatballs!

Yield: 1-2 servings

Cooking Time: 35 minutes

ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground lamb

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Using a small cookie scoop, form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.

  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Arrange with a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil.

  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes!
