Turmeric Chai Latte

ingredients
3 tbsp powdered turmeric powder (preferably organic)
2 1/2 - 3 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp saffron (optional)
1 1/2 cup non dairy milk, divided
1 tbsp raw honey, wildflower, or Manuka (sweetener of choice)
Instructions
Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan with turmeric powder
Once the water is boiling, lower the heat for 3-4 minutes and add remaining spices
Add milk and sugar, mix it well and brew for another 3 minutes
Switch off the heat as the tea should now be perfect
Strain into cups and enjoy!
